2.250 litres of water must be consumed each day.
At least 30 minutes of exercise but be completed each day.
At least 3 sessions at the gym must be completed each week.
No take away such as McDonalds, KFC, fish and chips or alike are to be consumed whilst on the challenge.
Participants are to eat six small meals per day, NOT three large meals.
Fruit and vegetables MUST be eaten daily.
A food, water and exercise diary or blog must be written in daily (record of weight and measurements in diary are optional).
Consumption of soft drink and alcoholic beverages are to be kept to a minimum and only are allowed is the daily 2.250l water requirement has been met.
Participants are to use common sense when choosing their snakes in relation to sweets such as chocolates and lollies vs healthier options.
